ATX Monolift - swiveling dumbbell rack

The ATX Monolift makes your workouts significantly more comfortable and safer. Especially for fundamental exercises like squats, bench/incline bench presses, and back presses, the advantages of the ATX Monolift are so compelling that you won't want to be without it.
How ATX Monolift works
The Monolift is clipped into the ATX® Rack or RIG at the appropriate height like a simple J-Hook and secured with the safety bolt. When a barbell is placed in the catch hooks, they swing forward a few centimeters away from the rack and bring the barbell into the starting position. You then assume the training position and as soon as the barbell is lifted, the two lever arms swing back and release the barbell for training. It is no longer necessary to bring the barbell forward, as is usual for bench presses, for example, or to take a step back for squats - instead, you can start the exercise straight away. There is enough space to train comfortably and the sophisticated geometry of the catch hooks allows the barbell to be put down comfortably and safely.
