ATX Lat Pulldown and Seated Row Machine for Weight Plates
This versatile lat pulldown machine combines classic overhead lat pulldown exercises and seated rowing in a particularly well-designed construction. The seat folds out and can be converted into a long, stable rowing bench in seconds. This transforms the lat pulldown station into a fully functional seated rowing station with optimal body positioning and a wide range of motion. The leg support is individually adjustable to three different pulling positions and ensures secure hold, stable body fixation, and clean power transfer in every exercise variation. This allows for highly varied and targeted training of the latissimus, upper back, and the entire pulling musculature.
The silky-smooth running function guarantees even, jerk-free movement, while the massive, stable construction provides maximum stability even with heavy training weights.
With a height of 222 cm, the machine allows for a particularly large range of motion and thus a complete, effective range of movement – ideal for intensive and biomechanically correct back training.
