Thanks to ball-bearing cable pulleys and weights guided by sliding bushings, this pulley station guarantees silky-smooth operation. The pulley mechanism is height-adjustable to 32 different positions, and the pulley extension arms are pivoting, allowing for extra-wide pull-width settings, such as for cable cross-training exercises . The included stabilizer (padded support) allows for precise positioning and securing of the body, contributing to correct and safe exercise positioning.
