With a load capacity of up to 450 kg per pair, these J-hooks enable safe, performance-oriented training in the power rack. Whether bench presses, squats, or overhead presses – these J-hooks simply provide a secure feeling. Furthermore, these accessories are of the highest quality and therefore extremely durable.
