ATX Glute Ham Developer - Cross
The Glute Ham Developer Cross from the ATX Series 600 is a compact, absolutely professionally designed glute ham with an outstanding price-performance ratio.
The significant padding deserves special attention. The padding has a heterogeneous radius, with a flatter curve on one side, making thigh rolling noticeably more comfortable because the pressure point is distributed over a larger area. Similarly, the special foam core has the perfect degree of firmness—soft enough to prevent pressure pain and firm enough to ensure stable support. On the opposite side, the padding has a tight radius with a tear-off edge, which makes exercises like hyperextensions , reverse hyperextensions , and GHD sit-ups much more effective.
The height can be adjusted to the user's height using an easy-to-use adjustment mechanism, which can be set to 13 different positions in fine 30 mm increments. Special slide rails, a scale, and a locking pin ensure simple and easy handling. Two hooks at the bottom of the frame are used for attaching resistance bands. Robust plastic shoes protect the floor and increase stability. The transport wheels allow the device to be moved quickly and easily.
