This free-standing multi-functional cable station enables a variety of exercise variations - even in the tightest of spaces!
The device with the lever arms is 12-way height-adjustable - furthermore, the lever arms are 10-way vertically adjustable, allowing for over 100 different starting/pulling positions. With the 4 pull handles included in the scope of delivery, you can easily create a complete workout program. The weight adjustment is made in fine 5 KG increments via the integrated 80 KG weight stack. Adjustments to the lever arms are made comfortably and easily via a sophisticated adjustment mechanism. The lockable and height-adjustable cross handle and the footrests fixed at the bottom ensure stable and secure positioning during various exercises. The Weight-Block-System enables further exercise variations; here, the pulling function is blocked, and with the supplied long handle straps, you can now perform exercises with your own body weight - similar to a sling trainer/suspension trainer.
The device is extremely stable and very well manufactured. Lever arms and rollers are ball-bearing mounted and ensure a silky smooth, jolt-free function.
