ATX ATX Floor Glute
The ATX Floor Glute Trainer is a compact and very efficient device for developing and strengthening the gluteus muscle , the back of the thigh ( hamstrings ) and the lower back.
The effect of the exercise is extremely effective, but the execution of the exercise is often not that easy for beginners.
The Floor Glute from ATX offers several advantages over high-mounted machines thanks to its low floor-level design. Entry is easy and safe, the low clearance from the floor allows for secure support/bracing with the arms if necessary, and a * resistance band (not included) can be attached to the rear crossbar for additional support. The large, comfortable pad and height-adjustable rollers ensure secure and comfortable support. The device is very compact and, thanks to its integrated transport wheels, can be quickly and easily repositioned, or it can be set up vertically to save even more space.
The device is ideal for beginners and advanced users and enables a safe and effective workout!
