ATX Belt Squat Option
This effective accessory is quick and easy to install on all ATX rigs as well as the following power racks from the ATX series :
- ATX Rig's 800 Series
- Power Racks Series 600, 700 and 800
- Half Racks of the 600, 700 and 800 series
The ATX Belt Squat Option, like its big brother, the ATX Belt Squat Machine, enables effective squat training with significantly reduced strain on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.
Training with a belt squat option or machine allows you to keep your upper body completely upright during training, and position your legs in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight is transferred directly from the hips to the leg muscles via the training belt (delivery/price does not include a training belt), completely relieving strain on the entire back and spine. Other exercise variations, such as lunges or other exercises like bent-over rows and deadlifts, can also be performed excellently with the weighted arms.
The ATX Belt Squat Option can be quickly and easily mounted to the respective post (without additional tools!) and is therefore quickly ready for use.
Furthermore, the Belt Squat Option can be folded up to save space.
