ATX Belt Squat Machine - Squat & Dip Machine
The new ATX Belt Squat enables the best possible training results with significantly reduced stress on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.
The advantage of the Belt Squat is that the upper body can be kept fully upright during training, and the legs can be placed in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight load is transferred directly from the hips to the leg muscles via the training belt, completely relieving the entire back and spine. Due to the absolutely correct posture, training can be done with significantly less weight and at the same time much more effectively.
