AS Sport or Proxowell bench press machine, chest press, used with signs of wear
With this independent dual chest press from AS Sport (manufactured by Proxowell or Proxomed) you can effectively but also gently train the various pectoral muscles and the triceps. The seat of the bench press machine can be adjusted in height to 9 levels. The large 120kg weight block is divided into 5kg and 10kg increments. During training you can place your feet on a footrest, which also serves as a step-in aid . And you can adopt either a horizontal or vertical grip position. Each arm is dual - independently connected to the strength training device via Teflon straps, allowing bilateral training. The back is equipped with a panel.
