With this abductor machine and adductor machine, you can train the inner and outer thigh muscles in isolation and gently. The fitness equipment is equipped with a 90 kg and 95 kg weight stack , respectively. However, you can increase the weight in small 5 kg increments , making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older or weaker people.
