To switch from the lat pulldown exercise to the long pulley rowing nothing needs to be converted or replugged, simply pick up the other handle and you can start training. The combination machine is equipped with a large plug-in weight block with 104 kg (230 lbs) and can be increased in 2.3 kg (5 lbs) steps with a fine weight. The leg rest is height-adjustable to various levels, so the fitness device can be perfectly adapted to any body size and situation.
