This Shoulder Press from Life Fitness from the Signature Series (built like a Hammer Strength machine) allows for safe and effective training of the entire shoulder musculature. The swiveling handles allow for variable training on the shoulder press. The pulleys of the shoulder press are pivotable and can be used independently, offering a wide range of training possibilities. It is also conceivable to perform other exercises such as one-arm standing lateral raises or one-arm standing bicep curls (e.g. as a multifunctional device for private use). The seat of the fitness equipment is adjustable in height in 9 steps. This allows the Overhead Press to be individually adjusted to the user's height. The strength training machine is equipped with two separate selectorized weight stacks of 37.5kg each. Nevertheless, the resistance can be increased in small 2.5kg increments with the fine weight, making the sports equipment easily usable even for older/weaker individuals.
