With this Abdominal and Lower Back Machine from Body Solid Pro, you can effectively yet gently train your abdominal muscles (abs) and lower back muscles.
The starting position of the combo machine can be adjusted in 14 steps, depending on which muscle is to be trained. Likewise, the leg roller pads can be adjusted in height in 7 steps, and the seat pad can be adjusted in height in 5 steps. Thus, the fitness equipment can be adapted to any body size. The Abdominal and Lower Back Machine is equipped with a stack weight block with 20 levels.
