The 2-piece option consists of a rotatable backrest with comfortable padding, which is simply inserted into the J-Hooks, and a clickable round padded support that can be quickly and easily locked onto the bar of the Power Smith Rack.
Thanks to the rotatable back padding and the clickable padded roller on the movable multi-press of the Smith Rack, a professional hip thrust machine is created in seconds, which is in no way inferior to a professional single-station in terms of execution and load capacity.
