Do you also buy used fitness equipment?
Yes , we are generally interested in purchasing used fitness equipment from you. Please email us a list of the equipment you have for sale, along with a few photos, to Info@DankSport.de , and we will get back to you. Thank you!
What does "refurbished condition" mean for used strength training equipment?
When we "overhaul" a used power tool, this means the following work steps have been carried out:
1. The strength training device was partially disassembled and thoroughly cleaned.
2. The mechanics, especially screws, ball bearings, pulleys and steel cable or flat belt were visually and technically checked and replaced with new parts if necessary.
3. Other parts such as gas pressure dampers, locking pins, rubber grips, handles, snap hooks, caps and covers were visually and technically inspected and replaced with new parts if necessary.
4. The frame and weight block of the device were checked for large scratches / heavy wear / rust and, if necessary, partially sandblasted or sanded and repainted in a suitable color.
5. The device is reassembled, the guide rods are oiled and the rope or flat belt is adjusted.
6. After final assembly, the final, thorough testing follows, using the four-eyes principle. The strength training device is now overhauled and serviced, and ready for many more years of use.

1. The cardio equipment was partially disassembled and thoroughly cleaned.
2. The mechanics, especially screws, tensioners, rollers, springs, buffers and much more, were visually and technically checked and replaced with new parts if necessary.
3. Ball bearings and drive belts are always replaced with original spare parts! Battery-operated machines always receive a new battery! Ergometers and recumbents also always receive new pedals. Treadmills always receive a new running surface in 90% of cases.
4. Other parts such as the display, buttons, heart rate sensors, seat, saddle, upholstery, handlebars, grips, caps, cup holders and fairings were visually and technically checked and replaced with new parts if necessary.
5. The frame of the device was checked for large scratches / heavy wear / rust and, if necessary, partially sandblasted or sanded and repainted in a suitable color.
6. The device is reassembled, the ball bearings are lubricated again and the drive belts are tensioned.
7. After final assembly, the final, thorough testing follows, using the four-eyes principle. The cardio machine is now overhauled and serviced, and ready for many more years of use.

How long is the delivery time?
The standard delivery time is 5-10 business days for available products. You can also view the exact delivery time for each item individually on the product page. How much are the shipping costs?
For orders under €199 within Germany, the shipping fee is €6.90. You can also view the shipping costs for each item individually on the product page. We generally ship almost all individual devices free of charge within Germany. For larger device fleets or very bulky individual devices, we would be happy to provide you with a personalized quote.

Do you offer international shipping?

How are the devices packaged to ensure safe transport?
New devices are packaged in large cardboard boxes or wooden crates (rarely). The individual parts are then wrapped in foil or cardboard to ensure they arrive safely.
Our used fitness equipment is shipped (99%) fully assembled on pallets. The equipment is secured to the pallet with tension straps, transport belts, and, if necessary, screws. Additionally, the equipment is wrapped in multiple layers of film, cardboard, and bubble wrap to ensure it arrives undamaged.
90% of the film and 100% of the cardboard we use are recycled to protect the environment!
Will I be informed before freight goods are delivered?
If you receive goods shipped by a freight company, you will receive a tracking link from us as soon as the goods leave our warehouse. The freight company will also contact you by email or phone prior to delivery.
Is it possible to book a fixed date for a freight forwarding delivery?
For approximately 90% of our product range, it is possible to book a fixed delivery date via a freight forwarder for an additional charge. Feel free to email us an inquiry at Info@DankSport.de , and we will then prepare a quote for you.
How does the return process work?
Private customers have the right to return goods within 14 days. Please keep the original packaging until then. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We are happy to assist you with return options if desired.
Commercial customers have no right of return.
What warranty services do you offer?
We offer you the statutory warranty for new devices.
For used devices, we offer a one-month functional warranty. You can also add extended warranty services for certain products or larger packages/orders. Please contact us for a customized offer.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is €60. We apologize for this.
What happens if the ordered products are not available?
Should it happen, in exceptional cases, that an ordered product is not in stock, we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative, a later delivery or the cancellation of your order including a prompt refund of the amount paid.
How can I track the current status of my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery status online. If your order is being shipped by freight forwarder, the freight forwarder will also contact you by email or phone prior to delivery.
